One of the question to ask when buying a new phone in computer village is to know the location of the phone service center. Even if the seller can't tell you one it's advisable to look for another seller that can give you details of the service center of the phone you intend buying. It's important because issue of factory fault can't be rule out in any electronic and the service centers are in position to handle that and not just a road side engineers because the service center have the parts or component of such phone in their custody and they a well trained engineer. Once your phone is under warranty, any problem that occur within this period of time are to be handled by the service center free of charge except it's a physical damage that occur due to user carelessness, in that case you may be asked to pay for the service. Most people give out their phone to a roadside engineer instead of service center and the phone get more damage because most of them are not certified GSM Engineer. 1. Samsung service center: This is located at Essence House Kodesoh st Ikeja off Awolowo way, Opp. Ikeja under bridge.
2. Techno/Infinix/Itel, have their service center under the same management at 77 Opebi road ikeja, it is also known as Carlcare center .
3. Nokia/Huawei is also under a single management, they are located at kodesoh st off Awolowo way ikeja, by Cash and Carry shop.
